Good morning!!
15 minutes of fasted cardioo.
I'm sleepy.
I'm gonna hit shoulders and abs later today.
Were starting to taper down today.
I was dosing at 13mg.
Were gonna back it down to 10mg a day.
Keep the GW the same.
And dose 15mcg.? Of clen again this last week.
My plan is to give my body a rest from everything. At least for 2 weeks. Idk if I'll make it a full 8 weeks of downtime.
I have alot to do today.
Let's kick the last week of this cycle in the ass.
I'm dying for a cheat meal.
But I'll stay strong.

Shoulders and abs.
DB shoulder press.
30lb 4x10
Front raises
50lbs 4x10
Triple set 3x10 (30 reps per set)
15lb DB.
Under hand frontdelt
Lateral raises
Bent over rear delts.
Hammer strength shrugs.
45 plate es 4x15
Ab shit.
Some weighted
Some not
Shoulders and abs is always quick. I love it.
Supp store. Walmart. Meal prep.
I'm gonna go eat rice in my car now.
