      Dread Cardio. And what food 55 Years Old.

      I think I have to do Cardio I am Muscular but I have the Mid Section. Trying to Lose Waist. It has gotten Way to Big!!! Also I have high Blood Sugar Pre Diabetic Range I try not to eat to many Carbs I do Cheat every now and than Any Suggestions? I am also a Steak Freak should I cut down on Red Meat?

      I'd cut down on it, only if i'm not processing it properly. When my diet is on target, i eat a pound of ground burger a day during cycle. Some will say on here, too much animal fat, but I do other things to offset the fats. Also, i'm not going on stage anytime soon. I'm 52, and I eat maybe 6 steaks a year, the rest is roast and burger.

      To get rid of the waist line, the first 90% will come off with the simple formula of calories in vs calories out. Its the last 10% that will require a more strict diet.

      Thank you What are the other things to Offset the Fats? Calories in vs out I get that so a little cardio wont hurt im not going on stage either Lol.

      Buy a fit bit . I thought I wasn't very active at work . I bought one realized I did anywhere from 3-11 miles. Try incorporating more veggies and fruit into your diet .

      Don’t discount the usefulness of a good laxative once a week for 3 weeks, clean your poisons out of your colon. And you’ll drop a good bit of weight. Your foods will process better after that

      Genetically u are storing your bf around your waist (as alot of men do)
      Cardio alone will not drop your weight....diet will. (Example, u can go into ketosis, go to bed, no gym, no cardio...and drop weight,,,,period.) Look at the peeps in the gym that look the same month after month, year after year, doing cardio....they havent adjusted their diet.

      Take cinnamon supps or out of the bottle to line out your blood sugar...yes, it works. Research dose, get bloodwork done, and prove me right.

      Red meat, animal fats...any healthy fats...do not make you fat....some will argue,,,they would be wrong. Too many sugars, carbs and fucked up hormones make america fat....unless hormones are out of whack. You could eat a steak and eggs and water diet...and drop weight (this is ketosis, eliminating ALL sugars/carbs from diet) ...and please dont throw the yolk out, thats a lame and ridiculous claim (yolks make u fat, raise cholesterol....nope)

      Good luck btw.....I just get str8 to the point, some mistake it for being a dick lol. Find out what works for you and get it done. Really hard to lose bf and gain muscle at the same time (good drugs and consistency will do it tho)....so not sure where u stand on that, if its just to lose the weight only, imo ketosis is the most effective, quickest way.

      And Caustic is correct, youll drop the first chunk of weight fast, then it will slow to get the last bit off

      Diet and cardio...avoid doing massive amounts of situps it will increase your Adonis belt and make you wider in abs...

      I'm 60% p and split the other between fat and carbs based on what I'm doing....lots of cardio though primarily running sheds more fat then spin and hiit....I do them all and lose more on a run cycle then the others.

      I burn up ton2k calories a day running hiit and spin aline... I do 800 on a slow day in cardio alone...and on really busy days in 2k+ calories burned cardio alone....

      My deficit is big enough in have been eating muffins, waffles, etc like a pig latley

      Man, I have had this conversation with at least 4 different men over 45. Cardio till their faces are about to explode, and a year later, same tire around the midsection. Some people refuse to learn. I could drink soda and eat cheeseburgers between 10 am and 6 pm. If I stop eating after 6, I’m losing fat off my midsection
