Weeks 1-5: 10mg var daily split am/pm In June started hgh 3.5iu upon am.
Current end of week 5, last Thursday...started stack primo ace 25mg, upped var to 20mg split am/pm

Diet: lazy keto, probably not enough calories but I try!

A little back story. I've always been a waif of a girl, skinny, terrible posture, meek and never really cared about being fit. I was under the delusion that since I was small I didn't really need to. However, when I stopped smoking 5 years ago and went off birth control 3 years ago, I started putting on some weight. At first I loved it because I had stuff jiggling that I never had before, reaching almost 140lbs at one point. By this time, MrBot started Keto I joined him, but quickly fell off, hiding family size boxes of cheese-its in the car and the bathroom. I felt like I was going to starve to death, even though I did feel a little better.

About last October we started hitting the gym. I hardly ever wanted to go and a few times, I tried to start a fight with him, but he didn't let me get out of it! Brat! We did circuit training, mild lifting before heading out to do some lifting over the period of a few months. MrBot was on trt and seeing incredible results, but I was having a much harder time gaining muscle or any kind of ability to increase weights.

Remembering how I felt on Keto, I decided to give it another try in June, about the same time I started hgh. I felt great and my sneaky husband mentioned var to me and helped me understand what it was all about, sending me info and articles to read. He's sneaky because he didn't want me to do var if my diet was fucky. Once it was good to go... he was like hey... I decided to go with it! I'm so freaking glad I did.

1-3wk- Hard time falling asleep, prolonged period, oily skin, and lethargic. Gym motivation is increasing. AND aggressive! I've been growing out of my mild manner since hitting my 30's but damn. Never rude, but I feel more confident in my ability to stand where I stand and that's it. So, I actually love that part!

4-5wk- More energy, better mood, oily skin, muscle soreness, noticing gains. Sometimes my voice feels like it may go out, but no deepening. Started Primo wk 5 (one week ago today). ENHANCED LIBIDO!!! Clit is bigger and my damn vagina is big as the MOON! Ask MrBot!

The var has been everything I wanted it to be and more! My ability to push more weight, the amount of gain that I've acquired is immense for me and I feel great...adding primo has been a total fucking game changer. I'm feeling on top of the damn world and all I want to do is lift fucking weights and fuck the shit out of MrBot, like it's literally become our cardio, I kid you not!
