Back and Biceps today!
On many of these, I've increased my weight over the last 2 weeks.
We started with ab twistys. This is the only thing we don't do on ab day. Not sure why, but Coach Bot likes it that way. Lol!
Then we hit the cables machine.
4 sets of everything.
2 sets... 85lbs wide grip behind the head x 10+
Same wide grip to chin (like a pull up) x10+
Increased weight to 100lbs for 1 set
Then 120lbs for 1 set
I could only get more reps on these in the front.
I weigh 130lbs and pulled 120! Bam!
The we did the back machine where you sit back and pull the weight towards you. This one sets my whole back on fire every time. Max weight on these was 70lbs. 10 reps +-
Bicep curls usually do 25, today I stepped it up to 35lbs and killed each one til failure, my best was 13 reps
Then the back fly machine in which I only do 55lbs, this one hurts my back too. Not sure if it's a good thing or not but I try not to hurt myself. Lol!

And 4 sets of cables machine closed grip 100lbs each can get about 10 to 12 reps.
