I have a quad dominant day and a hammie dominant day Monday and Thursdays.
Sissy squats are really good for a quad burn. Also closed feet hack squats. Do a strip set at the end and your quads will be PUMPED. I always start with the lift that takes the most energy usually squats...

Romanian deadlifts, straight legs. One true love. You really feel the pull in the hammies and squeeze up with your booty
Also, hip thruster. I love them. My last set I always do a squeeze hold for as long as I can..
Wide stance squats also a good one you'll feel it on your booty cause you sit back alittle more.
I always do a slow controlled layin hammy curl at the end until fail. To make sure they're exhausted.
Dont forget about you calves!!
