ABS and Chest Day!!
Ab circuit training, upped weight where possible, upped reps. I can do anywhere from 55lbs to 80lbs depending on the machine. 20+reps.
I don't want to explain each machine, but it's a PF thing.
Chest:
Bench presses: 4 sets 95lbs 8-10 reps (max weight I can do for now)
Dumbell Incline Bench: 5 sets with 30lb weights 10-12 reps (also rotate bench setting level or whatever)
Cable flies (lower chest) 5 sets 30lbs each side 15+reps
Cable flies (upper chest) 3 sets 20lbs each side 15+reps
Fly machine: 4 sets 55lbs 15 reps
