I'm so sore from killing legs and chest the last 2 days.
I'm not the type of person that relaxes at all. If I have free time, I think about all the things I need to do...and do them.
But tonight I'm chilling, playing some Fallout 4 in bed.

Ab twisties 85lbs up 10lbs since last week.4 sets 25 reps
Sitting pull downs with cable wide grip.
2 sets 85lbs - 10 reps behind the head 10 reps in front
2 sets 100lbs- I can only do 1 or 2 behind the head 12 reps otherwise.
Sitting pull downs with cable closed grip.
2 sets 100lbs 10-12 reps
2 sets 120lbs 12 reps (went beast mod lol)
Back Smith machine with cable (in gif) this one hurts my back so much, more like burning nerve pain, 35lbs using 2 different clip on grips 4 sets 15reps
Biceps curls with cable
2 sets with 35lbs 10-15 reps
2 sets with 40lbs 8-15 reps
Fly machine for back 55lbs 15 reps
These are max reps. I always go til failure.
@QueenOG I also did 3 sets of regular squats while breaking from Ab twisties. 🖤
I'm weighing in at 135lbs from 120lbs when I started!! Yay gains!
