Shoulders and Triceps
Dumbell Military Presses (2 seat settings to target front and back)
5 sets - 30lbs 12-15 reps
4 sets 15lb flys 20 reps
Triceps pushdown machine
4 sets up to 85lbs 15 reps
Various tricep pull downs with cables
6 sets
35lbs for 4 sets 15 reps
42.5lbs for 2 sets til failure
I did LUNGES @QueenOG
25lb weights in each hand
4 sets 29 reps
1 set of squats with 25lb weight held to my chest.
