      Hope u crazy kids at least got through the opening credit roll!

      I also like doing core work on mah off days... but glutes..
      i dont think i need to do any glute targeting excerises...
      i would be passed around the jailhouse like a christmas ham as it is...

      We did have an amazing day!!

      Leg day!

      Just got back!

      Hip abductions

      4 x15 145lbs sitting in squat position
      4 x 10 after each set above 100lbs sitting reg

      Kick back machine
      3 x 15 45lbs

      In between each set I did squatted walk side stepping. I did this in between as many as our normal exercises as possible.

      Sumo deads

      3 x 15 125lbs

      I'm paying closer attention to my form and I'm super proud to say that I'm finally targeting the muscle groups that I want.

      Smith machine squats

      3 x 15 125lbs

      Leg extensions

      3 x 10 70lbs

      Leg curls

      3 x 10 70lbs

      I'm also learning that max weight isn't really necessary. It's about slowing contracting the muscles that I want to use.

      Leg press

      4 x 15 140lbs

      My progress pictures will be uploaded at the end of my var cycle. This Saturday will be week 10 anyway, so. I figured I'd hold off since my first set of pictures were about 5 or. 6 weeks into cycle anyway.

      I had planned on cutting it shorter if I noticed any sides that were crazy, but all has been going so well.

      I'm coming up on my 5th week of Primo with no sides either, except maybe greasy hair. Lol!

      See. I planned on doing a 6 week...which turned into a 8 week. 10 week..which is probably gonna turn into 12 lol
      I'm starting week 7. Lol no crazy sides either. Besides my shoulder pimples. Lol and my period was super light.

      Been considering primo for my second cycle. Lol.
      No hair loss though.?

      Oral, however...once the var cycle is over Mr. Bot says I'll be pinning the primo. So, I'm hoping that everything goes well with that.
