Today's log guys and gals! Upped my weight today too!
Shoulders:
-Dumbell military press - 5 sets / 12-18
-Dumbell lateral raises - 5 sets / 12-20
-Machine Military press - 3 sets / 12-15
-Shrugs (with 2 25 lb plates) - 3 sets / 30
Triceps - 10 sets total of the following:
-Cable push downs with Rope, V-bar, and and EZbar
-Cable overhead triceps extensions with Rope, V-bar, and EZ Bar
*All 10 sets to failure somewhere between 8-18 reps depending on weight. Went heavy tonight.
And then we went to Waffle House and slammed some bacon and eggs!
You killed it tonight for sure!
This is awesome love seeing a couple that has a common ground and passion for something that you guys can share together and it's healthy. Keep up the good work and don't forget we need progress pictures
