25lb weight in each hand x 20

Various triceps with cables

8 sets

4 with rope
4 with squiggle bar

35lbs - 40lbs

15 reps each

Mr. Bot and I are giving ourselves another week before we switch our diet plan. We'll probably be better for it, but it's hard to switch up a lifestyle after a year!

Not jealous at all! My wife is 39 and built better than most 19 year olds. I love it.

That's so awesome!! I love to see other people so happy together. That's what life is about, Idk what I would do without my husband and best friend. He still gives me butterflies in my stomach when he walks into the room!
