Good mornings
3 sets 10lb weight x 20

2 set hip raises laying down with 10lb weight x 20 (1 set in holding position until failure)

Sumo dead

3 sets 115lbs x 20-15-15

Weighted Squats

3 set 115lbs x 15-12-10

Seated Leg extensions/curls

3 sets each 75lbs x 15

Leg press machine/calf raises

3 sets 95lbs x 15

And I did that machine that you have to push back on the bar with your lower back in the sitting position.

2 sets 145lbs x 20
