ABS and Chest!!

Ab circuit training
Killed it with typical fashion. I literally always have gas on Ab day...but it seriously helps to just slay abs, gas all gone.

Bench press, Smith machine with flat bench

4 sets 105lbs x 10 upped weight I think but I can't keep track.

I felt super strong last set I did 110lbs for 6 reps. Mr. Bot reminds me that I'm so many pounds away from benching what my girl heads do in this group. (Queen /Gym)

Decline bench with dumbells

3 sets 30lbs x 12 reps

Incline Chest press machine

3 sets 40lbs x 10-12 reps

Lower chest cable flies

3 sets 20lbs x 15 - 20

Upper chest cable flies

2 sets 15lbs x 15 or failure

Butterfly machine

3 sets 55lbs x 12-15 reps

I feel like I'm trying for some unknown destination coming to the end of my var cycle. But alas, it's a journey. Trying to wrap my head around it. Lol!

I've got to say, I am so proud of my wife. Getting to the gym on those days when she ain't feeling it - and KILLING IT. Motivation, squeezing out those two extra reps when she could just call it. Adding weight damn near weekly, getting strong as hell. And most of all, WANTING TO DO IT.

Seriously babe, I may be coaching you, but I am inspired by your newfound drive and determination. It's impressive and this is a new side of you I haven't met in the 9 years we've been together.
