Cable pull downs (closed grip)

105lbs - 10

Seated upright rows

Closed grip/wide grip

3 sets each

80lbs - 12-15 reps

Lat pushdowns with cable?

4 sets

2 with 35lbs - 15 reps
2 with 42.7lbs - 10 reps

Bicep curl machine

3 sets

1 55lbs - 15
2 with 65lbs - 10-12

Pullback back machine

1 set because someone janked the machine (asshole)

Back fly machine

3 sets

55lbs - 10-12 reps

40lbs - 10 reps
