The biggest reason I ask is because I go into every relationship with the ulterior motive of, imma get her ass into the gym and she's gonna macro hard and fall in love with the process. And well so far it's been a catastrophe. It's always like. Oh so you do think I'm fat? You don't like me for who I am? Why do you want to change me? Shits boring, too much work,don't feel like it, don't care, etc. Always been a huge point of contention for me. When your in an isolated cell on the internet like this place makes it seem like everyone loooooves fitness, but out there, out there man. It's just not the same. Lol

When Mr. Bot and I first met I had been riding a bicycle around town for transportation about 110lbs soaking wet and he was all little and buff. I loved that about him, like this guy takes care of himself.

Over the years, he kept getting bigger and I kinda did too after we quit smoking about 5 years ago.

Well, last year while he was trying to start the keto diet, I started with him as support. I knew that if I had a bunch of carbs and cookies in the house, he'd have a harder time. Like, I fucking love pasta, bread, anything like that! But after I lost some weight, I was sitting in the bathroom one morning putting my makeup on without a shirt on and I couldn't see my tits in the mirror! Gasp. Lol! But seriously, like they have always been one of the great parts of my body.

So, not to long after that I convinced Mr. Bot to join the gym. We had tried before and I remembered how much he enjoyed it and the reason he stopped going last time was because I gave up and quit.

This journey was tough to start for me too. I stuck with it, and here we are. I love it, but I had to start noticing a difference in myself after that all bets were off. AAS has made a huge difference in how I feel about and the results that I've seen so far.

Idk how it ended up this way. I'd say it would be difficult going into a relationship not knowing if she'll ever care about being fit. But, for me...Mr. Bot came out of nowhere. I had lost everything and was starting my life over. I had lost my first husband to cancer and had finally dealt with most of the feelings and fears that I had from that situation. I wasn't wanting another man in my life, but it happened. Lol! And I couldn't be happier. We're all about lifting each other up. We're literal best friends.

Friday - Saturday rest day.

Figuring out our new diet. It's still so frickin hard to get the amount of calories that I need.

It was good!! I worked every day of it, I'm a general manager and everyone acted like I was never coming back... Lmao! It was nice sleeping in some.
