I don't even know what to say.
ABS and Chest!!
Ab circuit went fine. I don't even know what to tell you about what all is in that room, but maybe one day I'll figure out all the names and type them out.
Bench press Smith machine
4 sets
I felt a drop in strength on this today. Struggling!!
1 set 115 x 8
1 rep 135!!! Mr. Bot says this counts as a PR?! I guess
1 set 115 x 7
1 set 105 x 10
1 set 95lbs x repped it out
Incline chest press machine
3 sets 45lbs each arm x 10-12
Decline dumbells press
Last week I could do 35lbs but this week I just kept hitting a brick wall! So...
3 sets 25lbs x 12
Lower chest cable flies
3 sets 15lbs x 15-20
Upper chest
3 sets 15lbs x 20
Fly machine
3 sets 55lbs x 12
I think my body is trying to adjust to the new diets, I did what I.could today, but I seriously felt a little butt hurt. Lol!

She sets a personal record but had a bad workout! Lol
You pushed through it. Everyone has an off day now and then. I guarantee it is the diet change. Proud of you for getting through it and pushing yourself. That's what it is all about!

Really, they don't have any benches? What kinda gym is that? Thats like trying to make an omelette without eggs. They at least have dumbbells?

I think you could really grow with a proper gym. You are missing out on your main lifts.
Deads
Bench
Squat
They just arent the same on the smith machine.
