Ab twisties, back and biceps!
Let me tell y'all, incase you don't already know. Carbs burning in the muscles is a completely different burn than what I've been experiencing so far. Blew my mind.
Ab twists
4 sets 70 x 25, 75 x 20, 80lbs x 20
Wide grip lat cable pulls
4 sets 70lbs x 20, 75lbs x 18, 85lbs 16, 85lbs 17
Reverse grip late cable pull downs
4 sets 85lbs x 16-20
Seated rows w/ cable wide grip
4 sets 55lbs x 20
4 closed grip same everything
I think Mr. Bot is tired of me asking about the names of these.
So... 4 sets standing cable biceps pull down things
25lbs x 20
Back fly machine 4 sets 55lbs x 10-15
Bicep curls on machine 4 sets
40lbs x 20, 50lbs x 15, 50lbs x 15, 65 lbs x 15
I gradually felt my energy coming back tonight, didn't hit any walls concerning strength although I did concentrate on reps vs heavy lifting.

See Mrs.Bot this is a proper gym! Look at all those sweet sweet barbells. It's like a warehouse. You don't need a sauna when there's no ac. You put a hoodie on and are gtg. Seriously are there no other gyms around? Are you just like sitting by your blinds, peaking out, waiting for the beau to arrive? Lol my prayers are with you Mr.Bot!!!

We're going to look into our contract. I know a few people who go to different gyms, so I'll be asking around.

Bout an hour....hour and a half. I try to keep my rests short.
Always sauna for at least 15. And then tanning is 9 every other day lol
