oh man... the smell of that green soap... drives me insane..

Dumbbell military presses
2 sets 30lbs x 12-15
2 sets 25lbs x 12 - 15
Shoulder flies 15lbs x 15
Shoulder press machine
3 sets 40lbs x 12- 15
Shoulder push down machine
4 sets 100lbs x 12—15
Various grip cable triceps
6 sets
35lbs x 15
I've noticed over the past few days that this new diet is doing better for me. It's still kinda weird at the gym, but I'm not slacking off, unless it's to drop down 5lbs so that I can better handle the weight.

So, leg day was weird and all over the place since I did it from home today.
I used my bands, 5lb, 10lbs and 25lbs weights and some without equipment at all. The last time I did it was a few weeks ago. My ass hurts, so I must have made it a good one and we just walked the doggies 3 miles.
