      And I do weird shit all the time. In fact most of what I do is weird shit. I make up my own excersises all the time. As long as the muscles moving under tension, ya?       Ab circuit training...

      I stopped my Var cycle at 11 weeks (a week ago). I've noticed strength loss since and probably has something to do with the diet change as well. It may also be all in my head. (laughing faces)


      Bench press, Smith machine with flat bench

      3 sets 95lbs x 12/15 last one 105lbs got 10 reps

      Decline bench with dumbells

      3 sets 25lbs x 15 reps

      Incline bench with dumbbells

      3 sets 25lbs x 10-12 reps

      Lower chest cable flies

      4 sets 15lbs x 15

      Upper chest cable flies

      4 sets 15lbs x 15 or failure

      Butterfly machine

      3 sets 55lbs x 12-15 reps


      Still running Primo (4 more weeks) so far, I prefer var. I went back to oral because screw the pip.

      I'M BAAAACCCCKKKK! No workout Saturday, Sunday, Monday because of sickness = no gains 4 me = no good! Felt good to get back to slinging weights!

      Wide grip seated pull downs
      4 sets *2 75lb x 20 2 85lb x 15

      Reverse closed grip pull downs

      4 sets *2 85lbs x 15 2 100lb 12

      Seated Cable T-bar row

      2 sets 65lbs x 20

      Cable seated row

      2 sets 75lbs x 15

      Cable straight arm push downs

      4 sets *2 sets 25lbs 2 sets 30lbs x 15

      Bicep curl machine

      4 sets *2 sets 55lbs x 15 2 sets 60lbs x 12

      I also threw in some hip abductions

      3 sets 130lbs 25-30 reps

      I'm looking a little leaner, I think after switching the diet still a little bloated in the stomach area.

      Started period normally after stopping var.

      Also, I'm not eating 100% clean. I did have toquitos a few times. Serving size is 2, but I always want 6! I clean up the best I can to fit it in my macros (which I'm still trying to get used to), but damn they're so good!
