I'll share it possibly tomorrow. It's not finished though. A LOT of line work laid out tonight. About 60 percent of my sleeve. Go back in a month for shading and fill in. All my ink is gonna be black.

Well you see it's all in how well you can rationalize. Da Niles not just a river in Egypt. Lol but in all seriousness as long as it fits the macros....look at it as a glycogen supplement.

hhmmmm cheerios...
i've tried all kinds and varieties... i even got called out on the boards here by a good buddy..
we have a small group called the Cereal Killers (LoL) and he busted my ass for
eating Chocolate cheerios once...

Started with Ab twisties
4 sets increased weight by 5 each set for 20 reps each (85,90,95,100)
Seated pull downs wide grip
4 sets
2 sets 85 x 15 reps
2 sets 100 x 12 reps
Reverse grip lat pull downs
3 sets 100 x 12-15 reps
Cable straight arms push downs
4 sets 35lbs x 15 reps
(super set)
Dumbbell one arm row
4 sets 25lbs x 15 reps
Seated dumbbells bent over delt raises
10lbs x 15-20 reps
Seated dumbbell hammer curls
2 sets 20lbs x 15 reps
Bicep machine lol
4 sets 50lbs x 15 reps
Last dead drop weight to 20 and pumped til failure (approx 20 reps)
