Super set 4 sets each
Dumbbell military presses
4 sets 25lbs x 15
Shoulder flies 15lbs x 15
Dumbbell Arnold Presses
2 sets 20lbs x 15
Shoulder press machine
3 sets 40lbs x 15
Seated tricep push down machine
4 sets
2 sets 100lbs x 15
Various grip cable triceps
6 sets
30lbs/35lbs x 15 each
Got this one out of the way a day early! Usually do it on Friday before the grocery store and it makes for a very late night.
Also, today my female employees had me completely stressed out with their stupid fucking drama, thank God for the gym!
