The weekend is upon us....and I hope you guys have an AWESOME one.
The missus and I will be attending the Lee Haney games NPC comp to see some GA ladies at their shreddedest....I think I spelled that right.
Anywho, you and the mister have a great Saturday and Sunday. Keep crushing!

Hip abductions
4 sets
145lbs 25 each with 100lbs 10 rep finish sitting back in the seat
Super set
4 sets
Kick backs 45lbs x 15
3 sets of banded walking squats side to side
1set donkey kicks 10 reps each leg
1set same but kick back at an angle
Sumo Deads (Smith machine)
3 sets 135lbs x 15
Squats (Smith machine)
3 sets 135lbs x 12 reps
Leg extensions
3 sets
85lbs x 10
Leg curls
3 sets
70lbs x 10
Leg press
3 sets
225lbs x 10
Calf raises
225lbs x 20
Phasing out the Primo this week, a little early.
I'll take a month break and probably start my new log early December.
I'm also having bloods done this week! I'm excited about it!

Solid leg lift!!!! You have been killing it.
How easy did you find sumo deads on the smith? Thst might be a great option when I am too lazy to load plates or short on time.
Do you usually stand within the smooth machine or on the outside?

Within, I think. I just make sure my shins are outside the hand markings on the bar.
But these are much easier for me than regular dead lifts. I also feel like I can target my glute better like this.

Bench press, Smith machine with flat bench
4 sets
2 set 105lbs 10 reps
1 set 115 lbs 10 reps
1 set 95lbs 12 reps
Chest press machine
3 sets
2 set 30lbs x 15
1 set 40lbs x 10
Decline bench with dumbells
3 sets 25lbs x 15 reps
Upper chest cable flies
3 sets 15lbs x 15 or failure
Lowe chest with cables
2 sets 15lbs x 15
1 set 20lbs x 10
Butterfly machine
3 sets 55lbs x 12-15 reps
I'm feeling amazing. Had to cram our workouts into the later part of the week, but it's all good!
