Started with Ab twisties
4 sets 100lbs x 25 reps
Seated pull downs wide grip
&
Reverse grip lat pull downs
4 sets 100 last 2 set 110lbs/120lbs x 15 reps each
Cable straight arms push downs
4 sets 2 each 35lbs x 15 reps each
(super set)
Seated rows?
Wide 50lbs x 15 reps
closed grip 50lbs x 15 reps
Seated dumbbell hammer curls
2 sets 15lbs x 20 reps
Bicep machine lol
4 sets
1 sets 50lbs x 15 reps
2 sets 65lbs x 15
1 set 85lbs!!!! x 10 reps (after last set 40lbs x 15 then 20lbs for 15more)

So I've made sure to check in on your log every couple days, and I've enjoyed it. You've made great gains and the hard work is paying off for sure. I will say that I've made the comment in my head that you're gonna get burnt out of you keep the same pace. Your log has been fun and energetic but everyone needs a break. Either from gear, the gym, a log or people so dont feel bad about it. LOL Just my .02 and something that's caught my attention as I follow along with you. Like I said, I've enjoyed it and hope you keep reaching your goals and if you choose to let us in on your voyage sometimes that's great. Nice work and good luck.
Thanks for the input! I'm planning another cycle and will create a whole new thread. Logging keeps me accountable and that's why I liked it. But...you're right. A break may be exactly what I need. But never from the gym. I'm on the same path.
