I killed leg day y'all! I can barely walk.
Hip extensions 155lbs til failure 4 sets
The machine thing where you lock your legs in and lift your top body up. Holding a 10lb weight. 3 sets 20 reps
Dead lifts 115 (I was doing 80lbs) 12 reps 2 sets 1 sumo rep 12 reps
Weighted squats 115 lbs 3 sets 12-13 reps
Leg extentions 85lbs 3 sets 10 reps
The other leg extensions that feel like you're strapping in for a roller coaster ride 85lbs 3 sets 12 reps
Leg press (I usually piss out on this one going for less weight) but... I did 120 (+whatever the carriage weighs Idk) 4 sets 15 reps each
All of this I gained weight that I was reasonably able to do! So, excited!

Your making great progress just make sure you are getting adequate amount of calories and plenty of rest those are two things are the most important when it comes to building muscle. Keep up the hard work you have made amazing progress already !!
