Happy Sexy Saturday Y'all!!
Today is rest day!
On an impromptu visit to Mr Bots work office, on the way I asked him if we could "do cardio" in his office...
We started sexy Saturday awhile back but today we had an adventure!
Now, I have laundry to do...

tattoos are addicting man. I’ll be in the chair getting a tattoo already planning my next one. It started at one. Now I’m covered with tats. Stomach hurts like a bitch tho. U have to breathe but you can’t move your stomach as you breathe. Nice piece bro. If you work in the sun getting black ink was smart. I didn’t get a lot of color because working outside everyday and surfing. Will fade the colors way too bad. But black doesn’t fade.

LEG DAY!!
Slowly becoming my favorite!
First 4 sets of the hip abduction machine. I raise my ass to the front of the seat on this machine and finish out sets with lower weight sitting back properly.
175lbs!!
Kick backs 3 sets 55lbs still hate this guy.
Torso raises thingy holding a 10lb weight 4 sets max 25 reps
Dead lifts (1 sumo stance) 3 sets 115lbs 12-15 reps
Both of the leg extensions machines 3 sets 85lbs 10-12 reps
Leg presses 4 sets (add carriage Idk what it weighs) 140lbs 10 reps
Same machine, same weight calf raises 15 reps 4 sets
I'm feeling stronger in this department.
I'm just over here trying to get on Queens level with Dat ass... @QueenOG
