Shoulder flies 15lbs x 15
Shoulder press machine
3 sets 40lbs, 45lbs, 50lbs x 10-12
Seated tricep push down machine
4 sets
2 sets 100lbs x 15-20
1 set 105lbs x 15
1 set 110lbs x 12
Various grip cable triceps
