Dang bros. My condolences on the dog. 
. What's his/her name? I have a dog too. I couldn't even imagine. I even pay 35 dollars a month for pet insurance. I've been pretty deeply westernized. I never thought I'd have a house pet like this several years a ago. Funny how things change over time. But regardless, if something happened to him I'd be devastated, Ihope things work out for you. You guys got my best wishes.

ABS and Chest!!
Ab circuit training...
I'm really starting to feel like this isn't enough. I may start incorporating more Ab stuff at home, if I can find the time!
Bench press, Smith machine with flat bench
4 sets
2 sets 105lbs 12, 10 reps
1 set 115lbs 8 reps
1 set 95lbs 12 reps
Chest press machine thingy
3 sets 30lbs x 10
Decline bench with dumbells
3 sets 30lbs x 10 reps
Upper chest cable flies
3 sets 15lbs x 15 or failure
Butterfly machine
3 sets 55lbs x 12-15 reps
Had to cut the workout short in order to fit it in today.
Mr. Bot has a tattoo appointment, so I'm just chilling eating dry cheerios and a protein shake. Lol!
