130-150lbs increased by 5 each set 30+ reps each with 100-120lbs same increase each set 10 rep finish sitting back in the seat

Kick backs 45lbs x 15
6 sets of squat walking side to side with my 30lb band in between all of the sets above.
Sumo Deads (Smith machine)
3 sets 125lbs x 15
Squats (Smith machine)
3 sets 135lbs x 12 reps

Leg curls

Leg press
