      4 week M1T and Test E/EQ log and 4 week Test E and YK-11 recomp

      What's up BOP fellows. First log here, former Anabolicminds SARMs and PH logger past two plus years.

      Just getting my feet wet into aas and real gear, running Test E and EQ for a few months. But this log is on progress 1 week now. Post seizure recovery, was out of gym for several months before.

      Current Stats pre cycle, post seizure 3-4 weeks into recovery with Test E and food 205lbs and 15% BF... Right out of the hospital 195lbs and 11% BF.

      Right now Day 8 at 215lbs and 15.5% BF. Today was Chest and Triceps day with Ab Tower and 1.5km on the elliptical.

      Goal is to bulk to 220-225lbs get strength back up after seizure and then recomp to maybe 215 and 11% ideally. Long term want to get to 230lbs and 10% BF.

      Recomp will occur weeks 4-8 on Test E and YK-11 and my son will be born then... So PCT and cruise on Test E after. I will start another log once I come up for air and my second little one is settled.

      I’m confused on what exactly you are running and the dosages. Can you lay it all out so we can see what the game plan is?

      Weeks 1-4: Test E and EQ mix, 300mg each weekly. Also 2x caps of 20mg M1T or 40mg daily, with 600mg TUDCA and CEL Cycle Support, also 2x daily. Bulk cycle just trying to get strength and weight back on frame after seizure and being out of the gym sometime before that. Starting week 2 now of bulk'ish recovery. Elite Labs USA Mass gainer in addition to 2-3 hot meals and other cereal and yogurt snacks I can add. With 2 y/o and 3rd trimester wife and work I am just going day to day, eat as much as I can... Not perfect macros. 10mg Mk-677 taken daily.

      Weeks 4-8: Continue Test E base and TUDCA and Cycle support. Drop M1T add 5-10mg Yk-11 to recomp until my son is born. Could add some Ostarine maybe 10mg to accelerate fat loss. Keep diet mostly same, dial back carbs, and increase cardio a bit. I'm a 6'2" tallish /ectomorph who can now hold onto some muscle and fat at 38 y/o. Continue mk-677 10mg daily.

      Long term, I plan on using some packs I have coming from Advanced Pharma to get away from methyl PH use and say use Deca or NPP or Tren Ace, with Test base... for strength and cutz, instead of harsh orals like DMZ. Took me awhile get up to pinning myself but can do it now.

      Makes no sense to only run EQ for 4 weeks. Might as well not run it at all IMO. Best benefits with EQ are seen when ran for 12-16 weeks.

      If you really want to bulk up, DECA is a great compound for doing so. I would use DECA over EQ any day. EQ works well, but takes a long time to get its benefits.

      Yep, totally agree I was just finishing up some EQ I ran for awhile before the whole medical issue took me out for a bit. I needed it more for joint/connective issues initially, healing old stuff.

      Pretty stoked to get my Deca and NPP from Advacned Pharma. Will start those sometime after my son is born. For now the M1T seems to be doing its job and since I can't Ebay my last ones off, might as well use 'em.

      Cycle plan after son is born would be a 12-16 week Test-E/Deca based cycle. Unless my NPP gets here soon enough, could try that instead of YK-11 for recomp before 2nd little one is born.

      Any thoughts on injectable Superdrol? I see blue collar godz carries that... is it any less liver toxic than the oral Superdrol I have?

      I’ve never used injectable Superdrol. I’ve tried oral and gave up after two weeks cuz I felt like a complete bag of ass nuggets.

      I would have to guess it is not as harsh on the liver since its bypassing it and going directly into systemic circulation (just like any other injectable compound). Again, no experience with injectable sdrol, but I would also have to guess you would NOT need as high of a dose when injecting to reach same effects as when ingesting. This is because again, when injecting you are skipping first pass effect on liver and sometimes the liver greatly filters or reduces the amount of drug that actually makes it into systemic circulation whereas injecting IM does not.

      Check with jbox of BCG and ask him about it.

      Day 10: Back and biceps day.

      15min elliptical warmup 6-16 on intensity climbing up as time progresses.

      Chaos and Pain cannibal Ferox on pre workout with creatine added. Stuff is great energy, no crash and good focus. M1T 20mg cap with Mk-677 and cycle support with TUDCA. 2nd cap of M1T comes with dinner.

      Should note I am still using Test E/EQ base at 300mg:300mg weekly mix IM.

      Weight holding at 217lbs and 16% BF.

      After warmup came hammer strength high pull down and front rows 4 sets each. Then upright rows on pulley machine also 4 sets.

      Biceps EZ curls, standing wide grip, using pulley stacks 3 sets. Using straight bar on pulley stacks another 3 sets. Life fitness preacher machine 3 sets.

      Ab tower 4 sets of leg lifts.

      Had to run to work then will be in San Fran for two days next workout and update Thursday Day 12.

      Pump and strength from M1T and Test is helping me recover nicely so far.

      Day 11: Shoulders and Legs

      10min rowing machine warmup

      4x sets hammer strength should press
      4x sets of linear incline leg press, and calves sets alternating
      4x sets of seated shoulder raises
      3x sets L/R pulley side raises
      2x sets L/R dumbbell front raises
      ... Skipped quad leg extensions and hamstring curls, felt kinda light headed.

      Day 12 = work in the city , back for Day 13 chest tomorrow.
