i have been on a Keto diet for 13 days im taking peptides cjc and ghrp 3 times a day 5 days a week adn 1iu hgh 5 days a week
i lost 20lbs of weight within 7 days while making noticeable strength gains. kept my diet the same so i kept eating the same amount of fat protein and carbs daily by the gram and i only lost 10 lbs the second week i am working out 7 days a week 5 days of cardio and 2 days full body with weights. my diet is 65% fat 30% protein and 5% or less of carbs tested my ketones at a large level of ketones using keto test strips
any advice on weather i should ad calories would be good also i hadn't done an accurate body fat measurement when i started the keto diet i plan on staying on it for awhile. do you think i lost water weight the first week
