I am sold out on getting to my goal whatever that is. I honestly really struggle when I get to 230 not with eating right though. I struggle because I start to look small and I don’t want to be small.

530 am ECA stack
545 am in the bathroom losing the contents of my stomach
Everything but the ephedrine lol sick and sweaty and unable to sleep.
Felt better around 12 pm and had some whey/oatmeal/ pb/ unsweetened coconut
330 1/4 cup white rice/ whey/ 1 tbs butter
400 preworkout
430 Gym
These workouts are supersets strength then mobility
3 sets 8-12 reps on most
Squats 5 x 12/ RDL balance 3x8
Incline Bench press 2x10 3rd to failure
Tempo push ups 3x 10
Serratus prone overhead press/ DB Rows 2x10 3rd to fail
Complex DB lunge with balance/ Pinch Press/ peck deck
3x10/ 2x12 3 rd to fail/ 3x15
Incline prone overhead press/ pull ups
3x10/ 3 to failure each time
Dinner is chicken/potatoes/ veggies
Stomach feels like trash so don’t wanna push it.

So I need to get over being sick.
Protein doesn’t go down well when I am sick.
Rest days always turn in to work days. I worked on the kids car today. She will be able to change her own oil and brakes when I am done teaching her.
Feeling a little better today hope tomorrow is back to 80 percent.
Real pain is failing to succeed.

I feel sorry for the latch key kids that don't have a dad like you to make them apply mechanical techniques/skill.
Most of these kids today bust a serpentine belt and they have no clue what is wrong or what to do.

Oh the good day of latch key kids. I never knew what that was before haha. I just recently found out. It was kids who go home solo and have a key to the house. With todays world I would be too scared.
