Today’s Workout Yoga well sorta
Dead lifts 5x 8
Reverse Grip bent over row 3x12 4TFail
Bench Press 5x12
Shrugs on calf press 3x15 4th to Fail
Decline dumbbell bench press 4x12
Alternate hammer curl 4x12
Cardio 20 minutes

Then some foam rolling on my tire peg roller.
Can’t let pain stunt my growth.

I am sore today. Had to be the yoga.
No cardio this morning. I am sore from head to toe.
My calves are sore which is a sign to me that it wasn’t the workout. Takes some serious isometric holds to produce sore calves!
Will continue with mobility and yoga as needed.

Didn’t eat much today.
Chicken/ 93/7 lean meat loaf for lunch
Dinner Kasein 50 g of protein
Whey 75 g of protein
261 P / 45 C / 55 F
Workouts have sucked super sore from yoga and stretching. Muscles felt better all tight.
Workout Bench Press
7 sets last to failure
Leg press 4 sets
Face pull/ cable curls/ Cable rope push down complex 3 sets last to fail.
Running short on time today. Wanted to do something.
Hip flexor and glutes are sore from mobility work.
It hurts to put pressure on mid section as I pee. Honestly not sure what the heck that is from. Stupid body.

Totally been too busy.
Yesterday.
Supersets last set to fail
Bench press/ Curl superset 4 by 10 5to fail
5 min of mobility work
Face Pull / dumbbell bench press
4x10 5 th to fail.
5 min of mobility work
Cable curl /tricep push down 4x10 5 th to fail
Straight arm push downs/ hammer curl
4 x 10 5th to fail.
Strength is up and joints feel pretty decent. Test E and NPP kicking in

Today dropped calories from 2600 to about 2200.
Still getting near 300 g of protein.
Lowered fat and carbs to adjust.
Today’s workout full body. 10 minutes of warm up and stretching.
Supersets for hypertrophy
Squats 6 sets moderate weight 6-8 reps/ leg press 4 sets of 20 5 set to fail
Dumbbell bench press 3 sets of 8 last to fail 3/2/3 tempo
Downward dog push-ups to fail 3 sets
Flat bench 5 sets of 5 / 50/50 press partial sets from the mid to lockout and from chest to mid no rep count just failure and pain
Machine hack squats 4 x 8 / leg extensions to fail every set
3 meals today
Chicken/ English muffin/ peanut butter
Whey Protein
Chicken/ Pinto Beans/ 1/4 cup of cheese
Kasein Protein
Appetite comes and goes. When I take my ECA or Clen it goes away.
If I forget I could eat all day without missing a beat.
