Never used my glutes until now. So freaking easy.

Started it early just to help control my estrogen levels

545 am fasted cardio 20 min treadmill
3 min bike/ row/ elliptical

8 am overnight oats/pumpkin/ whey/ cocoa powder- gross (FYI) Pinterest fail

10 am kasein

12 pm chicken 7 oz/ roasted sweet potatoes 7 oz/ 2 cups cal blend veggies

3 pm 1/4 cup rice/ 1 scoop Casein/1 tbs kerrigold butter

430 workout just a simple deload routine (below)

530 1 scoop whey protein

730 2 scoops of whey 1 scoop of Casein

Tuesday are always busy. I prefer Whole Foods if possible.
