Hope im in the right forum for this. Killed traps and shoulders today. Im 32 and sitting at 180 now. Im on my 3rd week of

500mg Test E per week
50mg proviron per day
50 - 100 mg TNE preworkout a couple times a week.

3rd week on and im up 6 pounds with diet and heavy power lifting. I feel better mentally and physically. As long as im seeing progress, im a happy fella. Hope you all can keep me motivated!
