      Favorite Cheat Day/ Meal/ snack?

      I've been on the diet for 6 months and haven't really been getting sweet cravings until lately. Ive lost a lot of weight, changed my life and eventually will be able to incorporate more carbs and diverse foods in my diet. Went to Wal-Mart Sunday after the Patriots won with the intention of purchasing and eating as much strawberry cheese cake I could. basically as a gift to myself for hard work and determinination. I bought a rotisserie chicken, pork rinds, and Spinach artichoke dip instead.
      . Ever since I started test it's like I can't eat enough. I could be the extra workout but I know there's no way I could go on 2 Eggs and 2 piece of bacon in the am anymore. Id need that again by 9, 11, 2ish Sometimes munchies aboslutely drive me wild. ***** had me wanting meatloaf and mashed potatoes, Ramen noodles, Wendy's .50 frosty, chicken fried rice, burger, you name it. This morning the thought of blueberry cake donut made my mouth water. When I drink I try to keep it 3 beer or less. I Don't cheat on the diet really. Peanuts. Mmm. Ya. They get me. Delicious, salty, convenient. They are my weakness.

      Any foods out there you just aren't willing to pass up? Say grandma banana pudding or your wife's lasagna.
      I believe I once heard Sylvester Stallone say he lifted and dieted 5 on 2 off. Anyone workout enough that they don't follow a diet just watch what/ how much they eat?
      Whos on a diet right now and have cravings for something they just cant have?

      I throw little cheats in all the time. Tablespoon of peanut butter, cupcake, cereal, ice cream. I'll choose between one of those almost on a daily basis. Peanut butter is my biggest weakness.
      But when I really cheat I go off on a double whopper, fries... Checker burgers and fries. Cheesecake. Rocky Road ice cream. I sometimes mix in some protein powder in my ice cream to make me feel a little better. Haha...

      A slice of some good ole coconut cream pie. Can only have it on a full cheat day though as it’s too calorically dense for a cheat meal

      Soooooo many things. My ultimate cheat snack though is an 8 oz ball of mozorella. Though really also like pecans pie,egg cheese and turkey sausage bagels,muffins,and chicken paté. Can't ever go wrong with a good paté.

      Cereal and halo top icecream is by far my best cheat meals.

      or Italian food. Greasy, delicious, goodness.
