Good afternoon! Had no idea I was going to wake up married but I’ll go with it! I actually got up around 10:30, I’m not that much of a lazy bump.
Last night was a great time! I won True American! Yesterday didn’t stay on track as well with my diet, definitely needed more protein, but even with a calorie surplus I still woke up having lost weight from all the work hanging stands.
Today is sunday bumday (rest), and dev and I are getting some chicken wings! Still did my fasted cardio this morning and had to inject myself since WD was out in the woods. But I did it!
My muscles are feeling really tight... I’m very inflexible, pole has helped with quite a bit but it’s still a major struggle. Especially since starting var. So hopefully today will get some stretching in maybe even a massage *hint hint* @webdev.
Twerk rehearsal tonight... 54 days to go!

Happy Monday!
This morning has been a struggle, I did not wake up early enough to get my cycling in, so I am going to take an early lunch break so I can get it done while I am still fasted.
Leg day again so higher carb, lower fat for my diet. It’s really starting to get to me that legs are really the only thing I am able to train... I am starting to feel very weak otherwise. Trying not to get in my head about it. I started organizing our storage room yesterday, which I guess is helping me feel like there is a little bit of structure and organization to my life.
I’m starting to get in a low cycle (diagnosed bipolar) and it is always harder for me to find the motivation to do things, I am dwelling work this week, not for any particular reason. I am stressed about finances and being ready for my competition in October, my arm prohibits me from being able to train for my routine the way I want to.
Here is food from yesterday, have to adjust and get back on the right track.
Sorry this log is so somber but I suppose you cant get a rainbow without a little rain...

Have u tried using resistance bands for your upper body work?
Give it a try instead of weights... should be a little easier for you givin your situation

Smashing this leg workout tonight will get you some of that good endorphin release you felt last week
Don’t let the diet shit bother you...remember you used to eat entire chocolate cakes for lunch and maintain 117 your body just finds actual use for what you put in it now. Just gonna get dialed back in this week, nothing to worry about there.

Damn good point...we’d tried some unilateral training, till we figured out her right arm is just as bad as the left haha...she has hairline fractures in the center of her ulnas. Bands above elbows with row/fly/press motion might actually go a long ways...
