HCs recomp countdown log
Good evening brotherhood!
Keeping a log will be hard as it is because I have space brain and will probably forget!
I have a professional pole show coming up and I have to do what I should be doing so I look good on stage. Hopefully posting will help me stay accountable and if there is something I should be doing differently let me know!
I am a 25 year old female, 127 lbs, 5 foot 8
My goal is to have lean muscle gains and
create visible abs. Building my body is hard for me currently because I have stress fractures in both of my forearms, so I am limited in what I am able to do (it is EXTREMELY inconvenient)
Still trying to dial in macros, and I am intermittent fasting (around 16 hours or so)
My log will start off pretty basic, as I get into the habit I will get more detailed and add more things. I have destroyed my legs tonight, hopefully I can walk tomorrow.
Follow along if you want, help me become the best looking bitch on stage or just bullshit, I enjoy that too. I will post progress pictures and all that jazz at some point
