      Yup, this is why I enjoy IF...I was making major progress without even trying OR tracking macros, just fasting 16 hours ED and enjoying whatever during the feeding window. With very specific goals that’s not viable anymore. I have a goal before Jan. HC has a goal in ~50 days so we’re closely watching macros to see what does and doesn’t work.

      Looking at that last pic, I believe the carb cycling on workout days, and low carb/lil higher fat on off days is going to continue to be successful. She’s strong for her workouts and recovers without much soreness, which is surprising after the last couple. We both find that the fasted cardio on workout days adds a little negative fatigue to legs for workouts tho. We have incorporated band movements now to keep those upper body parts pumpin, hyperextensions instead of deadlifts, blasting legs, and she’ll be adding some more abs, but it is gonna have to be a blend of decreased (already low) bf and adding ab structure. With gh and var theres no better time than now I suppose HCs recomp countdown log

      A day full of anxiety for me (insert nervous emoji here)
      Got my fasted cardio and ab workout done this morn. Intermittent fasting is so hard for me, not because of the not eating but because of the demon I turn into having not eaten. Thanks WD for putting up with my inner bitch, I know she’s a lot to handle.

      I hate how much social anxiety controls my life but thinking about how bad it used to be in the gym and the progress I’ve made is something to be proud of.

      Fuck living in a college town on game day

      Need to have a good, cheap masseuse on retainer

      I hate how tight my muscles are, I just want to be flexy

      Halloween is such a dangerous time for me to be in any store, I want to buy everything!

      My log is all over the place and I’m well aware of it but my brain is basically a constant roller coaster so it’s a pretty good representation. Glad this is anon or I’d feel bad about it.

      Have you considered anything for anxiety? CBT can help. It's a left brain, right brain balancing thing. Something im working on at the moment myself. There's herbs and shit too.

      Those macros were actually after we went and ate sushi and went to see The Nun. I got sour patch kids, peanut m&ms, popcorn...she basically refused to eat any of the candy. She witnessed abs. I even tried to get her to eat cake and ice cream yesterday and she had the nerve to refuse! Intermittent fasting is just something she just started doing with me haha

      We did do more abs yesterday and extra cardio...I can’t sleep any more because my whole core is fucking sore lol
