HCs recomp countdown log
Good evening brotherhood!
Keeping a log will be hard as it is because I have space brain and will probably forget!
I have a professional pole show coming up and I have to do what I should be doing so I look good on stage. Hopefully posting will help me stay accountable and if there is something I should be doing differently let me know!
I am a 25 year old female, 127 lbs, 5 foot 8
My goal is to have lean muscle gains and
create visible abs. Building my body is hard for me currently because I have stress fractures in both of my forearms, so I am limited in what I am able to do (it is EXTREMELY inconvenient)
Still trying to dial in macros, and I am intermittent fasting (around 16 hours or so)
My log will start off pretty basic, as I get into the habit I will get more detailed and add more things. I have destroyed my legs tonight, hopefully I can walk tomorrow.
Follow along if you want, help me become the best looking bitch on stage or just bullshit, I enjoy that too. I will post progress pictures and all that jazz at some point

Gooooood morning! TGIF! I hate mornings, I’m a sleepy girl and getting up from cuddling my puppy is not the easiest thing for me to do. Shout out to @webdev for snoring and making it easier for me.
Hoping that waking up early and getting my blood pumping (instead of 5 minutes before I have to leave) will increase my mood and productivity!
Drank some BCAA’s and I’m about 12 hours into my fast. Hitting the bike for 30 min or so, then shower, then work. Bleh
But it’s payday! So I’m gonna buy some new clothes! Going to work on them abs tonight, can’t wait for them to start coming through.

Well looky there! You even followed through with a morning update! How was not being in a rush to do everything in 5 minutes eh?! Hopefully that early cardio puts you in those moods I get in
Also, I’ve literally never heard myself snore besides that fake audio loop in the background of the video of me sleeping. Rude.
