I wanted to start a log. Show people who I am and what I'm about. I'm new to PEDs, but I'm not new to the life. Former Powerlifter trying to get back at it after a long term injury. It's been. Long journey back and I'm mostly healthy. I've been cleared by the doctors for since 2016.

I was on my back for 2 years before I came back. I competed at 264. When I got back to the gym I was 337. It seemed no matter what i did couldn't shed weight. Went to a doctor figured out i had low T. Heard when you go into longterm injury it can tank your test along with just getting fat and bad life style. I was stong but could get smaller.

Chose UGL instead of the doctor to save money and here I am. Made bad decisions in past but i wont repeat. My first cycle was a but unruly..bumped my head a bunch. But came out 45lbs smaller and way stronger.

I'm working with someone guiding me through the PEDs and he designed my training plan. we chose this route. If it were up to me I'd be a permabulker. But he was like dude we need to get that BF% lower. Soagreed. I want to step back on the platform in a year hopefully.

Come down to 260lbs

Work on some muscle imbalances

420gm protein

280gm carbs

90gm fats

No simple sugars or added fats.

50mg P5P at bed

5% Liver and Organ Defender

5gm Omegas

UNIVITE MULTI

.25mg Adex EOD as needed

No PWO.

I will run this 11 weeks. Did not front load

Then 10 weeks

200mg Test Cyp

200mg Mast E.

Then Will PCT.

Training

Mon- Chest, Tris, Front/Side delts

Tue- Back, Bis, Rear/Side delta

Wed-Legs Core

Thur-Chest, Tris, Front/Side delts

Fri-Back, Bis, Rear/Side delts

OFF SAT SUN

45 min cardio every day but Legs

High reps. Extremely high reps. Twice the volume I'm accustomed to.

Will probably use Sun as fasted cardio and core stability work.

After this I will run a Strength Block.

I had a looming prison sentence over my head so for the last 2 weeks been going a bit nuts with food and drinks. I've gotten a reprieve. I packed on 10lbs in 2 weeks. Itll fall.off easy. I wont be drinking any alcohol or eating out for a while.
