My First Log 2nd Cycle
I wanted to start a log. Show people who I am and what I'm about. I'm new to PEDs, but I'm not new to the life. Former Powerlifter trying to get back at it after a long term injury. It's been. Long journey back and I'm mostly healthy. I've been cleared by the doctors for since 2016.
I was on my back for 2 years before I came back. I competed at 264. When I got back to the gym I was 337. It seemed no matter what i did couldn't shed weight. Went to a doctor figured out i had low T. Heard when you go into longterm injury it can tank your test along with just getting fat and bad life style. I was stong but could get smaller.
Chose UGL instead of the doctor to save money and here I am. Made bad decisions in past but i wont repeat. My first cycle was a but unruly..bumped my head a bunch. But came out 45lbs smaller and way stronger.
I'm working with someone guiding me through the PEDs and he designed my training plan. we chose this route. If it were up to me I'd be a permabulker. But he was like dude we need to get that BF% lower. Soagreed. I want to step back on the platform in a year hopefully.
Goals
Retain the bit of muscle I've put on.
Come down to 260lbs
Work on some muscle imbalances
Stay healthy
Diet/Macros
3000 calories
420gm protein
280gm carbs
90gm fats
No simple sugars or added fats.
Supps
400mg Test-P
500mg NPP
400mg Mast P
50mg proviron a day
30mg Cialis EOD
50mg P5P at bed
5% Liver and Organ Defender
5gm Omegas
UNIVITE MULTI
.25mg Adex EOD as needed
No PWO.
I will run this 11 weeks. Did not front load
Then 10 weeks
200mg Test Cyp
200mg Mast E.
Then Will PCT.
Training
Mon- Chest, Tris, Front/Side delts
Tue- Back, Bis, Rear/Side delta
Wed-Legs Core
Thur-Chest, Tris, Front/Side delts
Fri-Back, Bis, Rear/Side delts
OFF SAT SUN
45 min cardio every day but Legs
High reps. Extremely high reps. Twice the volume I'm accustomed to.
Will probably use Sun as fasted cardio and core stability work.
After this I will run a Strength Block.

I had a looming prison sentence over my head so for the last 2 weeks been going a bit nuts with food and drinks. I've gotten a reprieve. I packed on 10lbs in 2 weeks. Itll fall.off easy. I wont be drinking any alcohol or eating out for a while.

This is the first time I've done volume like this. Volume to me used to be 3x10 or 4x8. I'm beat

I pin this everyday 1cc syringe allows pretty close to these numbers goal is
400test, 500NPP, 400MastP week
50mg Proviron
30mg Cialis
5gm fish oil
Liver and Orgab defender

1 tbsp honey
Today will be Back, Bis, rear delta
I feel ok sure the effects of the gear wont take effect for a bit. Such a small dose. I expect to phase in fully next week

Nice bro.
Why you pinning ED? I know some guys say well it helps with e2 etc etc.
Anyways just curious. I know Mast P and Test P could be EOD, and you would add the NPP to that and do EOD vs ED. Just curious. Shit gets old ED even with slin pins.

Honestly, I just took what I heard from a few different sources and extrapolated what I thought was best. I would like to keep my estro in check as much as possible, which helps keeping your prolactin in check, from what I understand. This is my first time venturing into a compound that I have to monitor prolactin.
The theoretical half life of prop is 20hrs or something. So I figured I'd be better for levels tondo every day.

Yes and I know some guys will say ED because of e2 etc, but IMO, and that’s all it is, you can pin prop and mast P EOD and you will live. NPP you can do the same or just MWF and you will be fine. But that’s my 2c.
Your a big guy so physiologically it’s harder to keep e2 in check. Some guys just aromatize more than others.

I've been able to keep it in check pretty well. I'm sure I'm just overplaying it. Since I'm not running Caber and using P5P, i just wanted to do everything I could to manage levels.
I'm sure I'm exaggerating but figured it wouldnt hurt. Fortunately I've finaly learned to pin my VG without cramping. So maybe in the future I can use larger doses less often

Sorry last question, why 30 mg of Cialis? Do you have erectile dysfunction?
I would say for most if you’re taking it for fun, as a little pre-workout or cycle support 5 to 10 mg every day would work better. That’s just my two cents.
But like that you’re doing a log Sean and the cycle looks and sounds much better than your last run. Congrats

No definitely not, the cialis I got is dosed at 30mg so I take one every other day. It's such a small pill I cant cut. I may smash them down and cap them. I definitely dont need it but I dont know what else to do any advice in this area would be great. Its literally the size of a couple rice grains. I think you know where I got ir
