Rest and workout days question
Diet on workout days and rest days - what is the difference?
Should you diet be the same, in terms of times between/number of meals on work out days as well as non-work out days? Thx
Sorry guys, i posted this in the wrong category

If you are carb deplete during the week you have to refeed some for the next week. Eat 400 to 700 carbs on sunday(if that's your day off). Keep fat low under 20g. And protein low under 50 to 75, ( Depending on you daily macros due to YOUR body weight). Then start lowering them on Monday. Do a big body part on Monday and get the pump. Carbs aren't the enemy all the time...
Fruity pebbles w/ almond milk is your friend.
