I’ve always stuck with what got me big in the first place. I’ll adjust my diet and cardio output to lower my bodyfat but the workouts stay pretty much the same.
Clen, and T3, don’t hurt either

There’s so many rep schemes and programs that can give u a great physique. I’ve seen huge people who lift light and people strong as fuck who look tiny. I think smart reps and proper programming is the way to go

I like 10-15 reps of controlled movements. Push 1 second - pause (squeeze) - 2 or 3 second negative.
I time my rest between sets. To get bigger I wait 2-3 minutes between sets. To cut I only wait 60-90 seconds. For fat burning cut I walk in between 90-120 seconds to keep heart rate up

I just feel it out...warm up 10 to 15 reps 1 or 2 sets... pyramid up heavier and heavier..try to get at least 5 to 8 on heavy...and at least 10 to 12 med weight..as many sets as it takes.when a good song comes on i do as many as i can...as im pyramiding back down.....i dont have any set numbers ..though i usually count but dont pay much attention to the number i go by feel......this is what i do most the time for everything....after yrs of heavy weight low set low rep..long rest...to med weight high rep high set no rest or superset......
I do whatever it takes to make me sore af each week....

Yes if you feel it in the muscle, I don't think it matters how you got there.
Burn is burn.
I'm going to be doing this
All working sets high rep lighter weight 20 reps. Followed by a finishing set of heavy as hell for 6-8

I can say that I’m working out around several people that don’t do any high weight-low rep work, and they are massive. I’m copying some of their work, and my arms are just exploding right now. I think changing the routines is needed, but I will say that my joints enjoy the high reps and low weights. At 52, it’s more important to stay in the gym, than trying to reach my 1-rep max.

I was doing a 15,12,10,8 rep scheme for the longest time. I just changed to low reps and started growing off cycle. It was like I was on cycle.
Mixing it up is the key. You hit the nail on the head.
