      Training questions

So I am wondering a couple things. Would it be better for me to work out twice a day at 30 minutes each time or one long workout for an hour or more. Currently I am just trying to get back useto working out slowly rebuilding muscle and trying to get rid of fat? I have quite abut of chest fat I've been putting of starting cycle until I get my fat percentage down. Or even should I train once a day and then halfway thru the day fo a bunch of pushups to try and target the chest fat?

Thanks in advance I've got alot of help on here so far.

I personnally would go an hr all in one shot fast pace superset type high volume sets and reps mediocre weight...maybe 40 min...20 min good clip cardio...for your stated goals...

It is all fiction.. I don't condone any of it in real life. I am not a professional or medical doctor just a figment of your imagination

Thats it man... consistency is the key..take it slow if you need listen to your body...but keep pushing little by little... anything gained fast all at once usually is unsustainable anyway..and of course it never hurts to throw in sets of pushupps throughout the day if you can and wish...just stay after it man stay focused and have a positive mindset your already off to a good start keep killin it!!

Like big perk says....but your training AND diet is what's going to get rid of the fat. Stay consistent and you will be able to get to your goal.

Thanks for the positivity. I was into bodybuilding hard in my younger years. But have had alot of shit happen in the past 6 years so have been out of it. Realizing it is best for me to stay involved in and it's one of my only positive interests. I'm back and I'm back for good. I'm thinking with muscle memory I will get some pretty good gains for the first couple months along as I stick to it and make sure I get enough nutrients in me.

Do not just jump on gear right away!! After 6year & no train I personally would train naturally for about a year to get all your ligaments/joints & muscles back in shape. Just jumping on gear can more than likely just get u hurt.
Muscle memory is real u will make very good gains without AAS, Then once they slow down & your Entire body is back in good shape u will be ready for some Gainz!

Ok so first of all there is no such thing as spot reduction when it comes to body fat. Your body will distribute fat based on genetic and other hormonal factors. As far as training I would go for an hour to an hour and a half 4-5 days per week.
