I was having trouble losing weight on my keto diet at 2560 calories a day lost 20lbs in a week while getting stronger. recently had trouble losing as much weight started losing 1-3lbs a week changed my work out working out 5-7 days a week 2 days of weights i recently started using a technique called 21's7 reps half way 7 reps the other half then 7 full reps with less weight. got better results lost 3lbs same exercises feeling good next week i will return to three sets of ten reps with my new weight plate i got . checking body fat percentage Tuesday been losing nearly 1% body fat a week since i started ketosis. Taking peptides GHRP-2 and CJC without dac and HGH.
in-case anyone has trouble continuing to lose fat on ketosis this could be good
