True. Thank you for your insight. My eating clean has been working extremely good. And starting cycle and hgh also soon. So that should be enough for a while. But I'll definetly do some research on it.

Eating clean and HGH will have you burning bf in no time. I was running 2iu a day and noticed after only 2 weeks.. My sweet spot is 3iu a day. No sides and good fat burn.
Since I didn't post yesterday I'll double up today.
I felt really good taking DNP with meals. As mentioned on Friday I took a dose with lunch, and another about an hour before bed.
The only concern I have since running it since Tuesday has been not to let it wipe me out during the day when needed energy is a premium. Sure it's easy to be amped up after you've poked yourself full of AAS and are headed to the gym, but by mid afternoon this shit can make you fall asleep while walking mid-stride if you're not careful.
I've felt no nausea. No insomnia to speak of, night sweats have been contained but literally sleeping naked in a cool room. Just some lethargy.
Yesterday I upped my dosages to 400 mg a day. 200 mg in the morning and once again at night. I took the first dose after my protein shake in the morning. Felt fine. I did start to get ravenously hungry by around 1 pm. The wife and I were running errands so I picked up some rotisserie chicken to eat on the fly.
Felt pretty good all day. No ill effects of the increased dosage. I can certainly feel it, but no adverse reactions.
I know people run it higher but I'm not sure there is a need for a guy like me looking for the ultimate Dad bod. I'm perfectly fine with the progress I'm making and don't feel any potential side effects are worth trying to rush something that's on it's way all already.
My experience has been a positive one so far. There was more trepidation if anything when I began DNP. But now I think with a common sense approach and responsible dosing it delivers on it's expectations
Thanks again to Bodytech. I've read some complaints of them being underdosed. That certainly hasn't been my experience with using their products solely for the past month.

So yesterday was my 2nd full day at 400 mg per day. things were going swimmingly as we had brunch with the in-laws then out taking the niece and nephew out for candy n shit. While shopping I sat down and nearly fell asleep. A cat nap if you will, but once we left the store (it was freakin hot!) I as fine.
I was fine for the rest of the day. I took my second dose at around 10 pm. Hit the hay around 10:45, up at five feeling good.
For me, this dosing protocol and timing works best for me for dealing with the lethargy DNP brings.
DNP on an empty stomach= Not so good.
DNP on an empty stomach pre-workout with other oral AAS= not good
DNP with meals a few hours before or after working out= GOOD!
With or without DNP I take a nap around lunch anyway. When you're usually only getting 5-6 hrs of sleep a night (and not quality sleep) naps are a fact of life.
Other than the occasional sweats I feel good. Tightening everything up for the this final week with before and after pics to come Saturday.
Other than the taste DNP has been good so far.
So 5 days in at 400 mg a day and I can say that lethargy is here. Was very drowsy last night and although I slept well I had to drag myself out of bed and around the gym this morning.
I still summoned the will for some great lifts today but as I write this I am already feeling sleepy. I have some ephedrine if need be but I don't like mixing fat burners.
I've staved off night sweats by sleeping completely naked in a cool room. My wife sleeps in layers. LOL But it works. I'm not waking up in a pool of sweat like I had been all summer on clen.
I can definitely see the definition in my abs even though the past two days were heavier on the carb side.
I've noticed that I am constantly hungry on DNP. And when I eat I'm still hungry. You have to be very mindful of what you're doing or you'll succumb to your cravings. I've done it once or twice. Eating keto leave me hungry all the time. So something to be mindful of when running this compound. it may be different for you...

So today is my last day of dosing DNP. It's been roughly 11 days since I've started using it and about 7 at 400 mg per day. As the compound has been building up in my body I've started to sweat profusely. I've been out at a few functions with my wife and I've been sweating through my suit. I like to wear a newsboy cap and I can't wear it unless I'm outside. I'm seating all the time now. My metabolism has sped up like nothing I have ever experienced before. I am literally hungry a half an hour after I eat. If I have a low carb or no carb meal it's like I haven't eaten anything at all and I'm still starving after dinner. People say eat no carbs. I think it's impossible if you're lifting heavy during a cut. Well if you're lifting to any serious degree during a cut. Be moderate with them. There were times I binged because I had almost zero carbs and it drove me crazy. Moderate amounts help with that. But you will crave them a LOT.
I can honestly say that without a doubt DNP is the best fat burner I've ever used. I've had vascularity in parts of my body I've never had vascularity before. The veins pooping out of my shoulders and arms have been unreal. In my quads, lower abdomen, calves... unreal.
My only disappointment was that my diets was 100% on point. I still have about 10 lbs to lose to look absolutely shredded, but it's always the last 10 lbs that's the hardest to lose. next cut for sure. Damn carb cravings!
But I'm super happy with my physique. I've maintained size by lifting as fucking heavy as I possible could as often as I could regardless of body part.
If my wife wasn't such a horn dog lately I would've run an ECA stack with it to stave off hunger ( cuz it makes you hungry all the fucking time!) and as a boost pre-workout.
I'll post up some pics this weekend when I have time. It's been hard with my 15 hr days this week.
I hope those following get an idea of how to use this compound if you haven't already tried it. I also hope it teaches you that you don't need to run ridiculously high amounts of a compound to get results.
At the end of the day all drugs can be dangerous when used improperly. We're here to educate ourselves to not only become the best version of ourselves, but to be realistic in our approach, methodical in our application, and successful in our pursuits.
I have no doubt that DNP can be a very dangerous drug if used by an impatient novice looking to make shortcuts. But properly dosed to YOUR tolerance, you should be safe and happy with your results.

following :) i been considering it and i read horror stories what it can do so i am proceeding slowly. And reading experiences ike yours help in deciding how much and how long. I was thinking 200 mg as well for a short time... Can one do it two days on 1 day off? or is it totally counterproductive in your opinion?
DNP builds up in your system so the "day off" you are still on dnp even though you didn't take any. That's how people die on it. They don't "feel" anything so they take more. It's also a drug you can "front load" So my cycles looked like this (50mg pressed tabs from powder NOT crystal, powder is better IMHO) Day one i took 400mg then every day after 200 mg because it lasts "supposedly" 12 hours or so (the powder not crystal). After day one when i was taking 200mg a day there was actually 200mg in my system from the day before so i was always around 400mg. Tony Huge of Enhanced athlete qhen he had a youtube channel is where i found out about DNP long before i even knew about BOP or any other board for that matter.
