I am finishing a vial of test cyp from a cruise of 10 weeks so that is why it is in the beginning. Which I may just toss because the first two weeks is a lot of oil but I am cheap and hate to waste good gear.
I have haven’t donated to a Non BOP sponsor in 18 months. The gear I am using is currently from a sponsor that isn’t listed though. If you got the hint great if not don’t ask as they will not be named. Gotta respect.

Nandrolones have the effect of lessening my appetite. Hoping for some synergy to make this easier. Also ECA and Clen help there too.

Yep between the clen and eva alone I'd think ur be fine.
Really is a very well thought out cycle tho. Front loading, organ support, etc its all there.
I'm curious about the tren. Why did u pick t,th,fr,s,s injections and take Monday and wed. Off?
Are u doing injectable organ support?(tudca, nac)
Did u consider adding in glutathione?
What dosages on them?

This is goofy. My wife doesn’t work those days. She knows what’s up but will not give her approval. So on her days I take no risks for time. Also my workouts are M, T, Th,F,Sun so it works out well with them also. If I need to for sides I will adjust.
Prov or Mast really help curb nandrolone sides even the progesterone increases.
Tudca/Nac is GSS from Amazon. 500 mg a day should be 250 mg at lunch and before bed. Oral capsules
Glutathione I have never taken but will look into.
If blood pressure becomes an issue I will donate. Also Riggs has a list of supps in numerous logs that can assist with blood pressure.

Doing a front load on gear and a deload in the gym. Next week will continue the front load.
Gym will only be 60 percent weight next week.
I do this at the beginning of my cycles to prevent placebo lifting. In two weeks I will go full strength and the gear should be working.
Working on meal prep.
Breakfast is almost always overnight oats/protein/ pb/water
Lunches are veggies/rice/potatoes/chicken/Turkey
Snacks or between meal foods are casein protein
Sweets are low (2g) sugar protein bars
Dinners are chicken/Turkey/ Red meat/ veggies/ carbs of some sort of if my wife cooks.
Today’s deload is below plus 30 minutes of cardio

6 am pinned Test E/ EQ mix 250 mg each and NPP 100 mg same barrel.
Drank coffee 1/4 cup milk and stevia
7 am ECA stack
8 am deload workout and 30 minutes of cardio on treadmill.
10 am Oatmeal/pb/chia seeds/protein/banana
12 pm Casein
230 pm Chicken/sweet potatoes/ cal blend veggies
Walked around Fair for 3 hours
5 pm Casein
730 pm chicken/ white rice/ whey protein powder
Macros 295 P/ 260 C/ 45 F

515 am pinned 1 cc jacked mix / 1 cc of NPP/ 50 mg of Prov.
Never used my glutes until now. So freaking easy.
Started it early just to help control my estrogen levels
545 am fasted cardio 20 min treadmill
3 min bike/ row/ elliptical
8 am overnight oats/pumpkin/ whey/ cocoa powder- gross (FYI) Pinterest fail
10 am kasein
12 pm chicken 7 oz/ roasted sweet potatoes 7 oz/ 2 cups cal blend veggies
3 pm 1/4 cup rice/ 1 scoop Casein/1 tbs kerrigold butter
430 workout just a simple deload routine (below)
530 1 scoop whey protein
730 2 scoops of whey 1 scoop of Casein
Tuesday are always busy. I prefer Whole Foods if possible.

Never used my glutes until the other day. Well today I can tell. Not the gear but virgin muscle pain. Yep their is a difference. 600 mg of gear 2 cc a little tight.
6 am Fasted cardio
20 minutes on Treadmill 4.5 incline/4.1 speed 133 on the HR monitor (Polar)
2.5 minute routines on bike/row/elliptical/ treadmill 2 rounds of this
8 am breakfast oatmeal/ casein/ unsweetened coconut/ 1 tbs butterscotch morsels
1030 1 scoop of casein
400 pm lunch
7oz cooked chicken/ 2 cups Broccoli/ 7 ozs of roasted white potatoes
700 pm casein/whey protein shake
9 pm two turkey burger 1 bun/ mustard
6 ozs of French fries
