Putting it in a bowl is so much more intimating haha. I got 30mg of ghrp -6 coming and hope that'll help.
So I know reusing needles is a no go for IM. But I read alot of people that do it for insulin. Since I'm going to be sub-q ghrp-6 3 times a day I'd like to use one slin needle for all three. Load up what I need for the day and trash it at the end. Sub q shouldn't be a risk. But wonder what you guys would say.

Pins are too damn cheap to risk anything by re-using. That is my opinion, but I would rather fork out the extra cash than run the risk of an infection. IM or Subq the infection is going to suck, and cost you more in the long run. Just no way to keep a slin pin clean after use, and it will be dull as hell..

And that's been my mind set for 20yrs. But Burning through over 100 slin pins a month just seems crazy to me haha. Plus after looking into it diabetics reuse and from a study I found it was inconclusive that reusing slin needles had any added risk aslong as site was clean and it was caped after. It did note that they would not advise more than 3 injections on on slin. I'm most like not going to go this route. It's just a bottle of ghrp-6 cost me 20$ a month and 100 slin pins will cost me 15$ a month. Just seems dumb in my head that I'm spending almost as much to inject as I am on the compound .

Thanks brother. Goal is to get my barrel chest back, delts more capped and try to get some kinda size on my legs.
Any input on an ankle friendly leg routine is always appreciated.
I think I'm going to start hooking up to the tens machine while I do my workout to stimulate legs more.
So far this week has been going good.
Vic's dbol has definitely been "pumping me up"
I had to remember to flex my muscle group in-between sets. Forgot some of that muscle memory to get all my fibers firing properly.
Everything is always a work in progress.

U want size in legs u need to add squats of some sort. I can't do regular hi back squats any longer cause to much shoulder pain so instead I do front squats. To make holding wait a little easier I use Smith machine.
Also how long have u been out of gym?
Sounds like it's been a long time U really shouldn't b trying to force the heavy weights to fast that will just lead to more time off with Injuries.

Can't do squats of any variation unfortunately. Leg press is really the only "compound" leg exercises I can handle. I haven't been out of the gym at all. It has slowed down over the last 2years because of where I was geographically and due to surgery after surgery. But never truly "out". And haha dude I am definitely not going heavy, you should hear me after every set cursing because I can't believe the weight I'm push in comparison to before. I'm all about the quality over volume. So no worries there.

Hey gents so just started second week of my cycle. Had a great 2-hour workout today started at 5 a.m. .
I decided to alter some things for my chest routine by adding dumbbells instead of barbell for my presses. And also deciding to work lower chest than upper chest then middle chest considering those are my lacking areas. I also added side Hammer Strength presses which I completely forgot about until I started watching the new documentary on Ronnie Coleman.
Now for the diet holy f*** was it hard to eat all my meals in their entirety. Tomorrow my gr HP - 6 should be coming and starting that three times a day at 100mcgs. So hopefully that'll help kick-start things.
Now for the gear. Seems to be doing his job nicely the DECA has definitely lubed my joints some and I can feel it being less creaky. The liquid Dbol has been giving me massive pumps. and have already started to see my strength getting back to normal and able to rep 315 again.
I think I'm going to try throwing in tne on my chest back and leg days. Speaking of legs I tried adding some more things but regrettably it caused copious amounts of pain the following day.
I think my ankle pain is just going to have to be something I live with. And it was very humbling to watch Ronnie Coleman still going to the gym and doing s*** even after 8 back surgeries and how decrepit he is from years of training. My injuries aren't that bad so I have nothing to complain about and just a little limp so I'm going to keep pushing through and build my legs back up to standard.
Meal prep last night so hopefully this week I can get all 4000 calories in a day and keep pushing forward.
Definitely packed on a little water weight. I'm sitting around 218 to 220lbs now.
I crashed my estrogen a little bit too hard because I was worried that the ball was going to cause me to have puffy nips again. I was already having a little puffy nips beforehand. But glad to know the adex I have works just going to have to give it a break for a little while haha.
other than that everything's been good I'm looking forward to seeing how this week goes. Goals now consists of better caps on shoulders, deep and back, thickened middle chest, bricking abs, and of course build legs up to par.
I figured out what I can do to take a picture for you all that's not going to expose myself. I'm going to get one of those tight fitting Under Armour long sleeves and after this first month I'll be taking photos for you guys the best I can.

Well Jen some driving away from the gym right now and I guess I'll talk about focus and negative reps. Trying to keep your focus in the gym with a family as a son of a b**** especially when you're trying to f****** dedicate all you have to getting back in the game. I don't know if the two can go hand-in-hand to be honest.
Sometimes you just have those days where you got to cut it short leave early so you don't run your head through the f****** wall.
But something good did come from this work out and that's when I was having trouble getting my back to pump up as much as I wanted and it wasn't until my last exercise where I said f*** it all do pull-ups and couldn't even do 5 pull ups cuz my back was so burn from all my other exercises that I decided to go to the weighted pull up IE the b**** pull up and when I did it was so easy but I felt too lazy to get off and change the way to make it harder that I decided to do negatives and holy s*** that I get the best back pump ever.
so later today I'm going to write up a new workout because I haven't been getting enough chest stimulus from one and a half days of working in a week and I'm going to post up a new routine that I'm looking forward to trying that implements negatives throughout the week.
