I have been such a shit bag when it comes to this log, I appologise. I will detail what's been going on tomorrow.
Quick update, I'm 236lbs now at 16% and just started my 4th wk of the cycle.
Leg press up past 1500lbs for 6-8reps
Will let you know more during my 24hr desk shift tomorrow brothers.

The 10 x 10 is 10 sets at 10 reps correct?? I'm sure it is.. just seems like a lot. How long are you waiting in between sets here? Could you fill me in on why your doing it this way?
