I have this idea of how big my pecs need to look and arms shoulders etc...I see some pics of myself and I'm like damn...pancake chest flat and no size....lmao...

I'd like to gain 15lbs of muscle but I have a feeling I need 20+ at 6'3 to look how I want too...

If I can figure out how to break my plateau and then go again then I can replicate it...

So yeah I think backing off gear for a while may be a good idea, take a break coast heavy and then do a blood swap for gear lol....
